Besides the catalogue, you can use our webshop solution for online ordering. Registration on http://order.fabory.com will give you immediate access. When you send us your order, this electronic message will be entered directly and automatically into FABORY’s ERP-system.

The online ordering system is ready for ordering via barcode scanning. Barcode scanning is fast, easy and minimises the risk of errors. It is therefore a very effective way to reduce your costs. FABORY offers a range of handheld scanners, basic as well as intelligent scanners, even with GPRS for wireless connection via a mobile network.
Every FABORY article can be provided with a barcode. You can use these barcodes to set up your stock locations. We will provide you with our barcodes, or if you prefer you can print them yourself via www.fabory.com.
The data of the barcodes you scan will be stored in the handheld scanner. After you have scanned the barcodes and connected the scanner to your computer with a USB cable, an order will be placed automatically at www.fabory.com. You then log on to check or amend your order, add an order number and send the order without further ado. Incorrect orders are virtually ruled out by the limited manual activities, the minimum number of clicks and the built-in checking possibilities.
When barcode scanning is used, FABORY can offer you a wide variety of logistic solutions that effortlessly interact with the electronic solutions: FABORY Stock service (FSS), One bin and Two bin stock management solutions and Delivery On Line for decentralised stock management. Each can be equipped to fit your specific operation.

E-mail ordering
We offer an easily accessible ordering solution via e-mail. You can fill out your order in a computer-generated file with a fixed template and e-mail it to us. FABORY will then process your e-mail attachment fully automatically, fast and error-free.
Electronic Data Interchange (EDI, XML)
Just connect your computer system to the FABORY system. If you use this direct system link, we will ensure that all order data flows take place electronically, from the price quotation right up to the invoice. Electronic messages (XML, EDI or other messaging applications) can be used for this purpose.
Catalogue punch-out
Punch-out is an electronic catalogue solution that enables you to create a purchase order in your own ERP system using external catalogue data. You start to create a purchase order in your ERP system. Then, to search for an article, you automatically ‘step out’ to the FABORY catalogue at http://order.fabory.com. When you have found the article you want, your system retrieves only the necessary data from http://order.fabory.com, including article details and price information. The great advantage is that you do not have to maintain article data and you always use up-to-date information. FABORY uses the Open Catalogue Standard (OCI) for the exchange of information.
FABORY offers several tailor-made webshop, catalogue and system-to-system solutions which can be fully integrated into your own ERP system. Of course, these options require a careful study of your requirements and wishes.
Your system > webshop > your system
It may be beneficial for your organisation to order directly from the FABORY webshop and get the order placed automatically into your ERP system. This is a particularly relevant option if you want to have a high level of control over your total operation and overheads.
Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI)
FABORY offers various solutions for Vendor Managed Inventory. Either one of our merchandisers will monitor your stock or a system-to-system connection will do that automatically. Depending on the service level you opt for, logistic services can be included.
Integrated Supply
Integrated Supply is always a tailor-made solution. FABORY will take over a substantial part of your MRO consumables process such as sourcing, stock level control and logistic handling.
