Additional services


Our goal is to increase the efficiency of your processes and reduce your costs. To support the service concepts described above, a series of additional services has been developed.

These facilities can be used no matter which service concept suits your organization best.

· Use of your article numbers
If you make your article numbers known to us, you can use them (instead of our article numbers) throughout the entire process. Labels and stickers can also be provided with these codes.

· Bills of materials
The bill of materials of, for example, a machine produced by your company is given an overall article number. This number represents all the necessary fasteners. So you can order your entire production requirement in just a few order lines.

· Bar code reader
When your stock locations are set up, they will be given bar codes. The bar codes of the articles to be ordered are scanned with a bar code reader during periodic stock controls. This information is stored in the hand-held terminal and sent to your supplier via a modem. The whole ordering process is simplified, you save time and money and you minimize the risk of errors.

· Warehouse equipment
A huge range of warehouse containers, transportation carts, bins, racks, bar code strips and labels etc. is at your disposal. This ensures that your warehouse will be equipped in a convenient, user-friendly way.

· Fastquick and Fastlink
This is an ordering and search system that is set up with your terms and conditions and the most recent data and prices of all the articles in our extensive range. You can select the articles you need on your PC and order them online. Existing orders can also be easily copied and amended to create a new order. This fast, error-free order communication system will save you a considerable amount of time.

· EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
EDI is the electronic exchange of structured and standardized data between the computers of companies involved in transactions. Orders, price enquiries, order confirmations, invoices and so on can be exchanged in a standard form and language between secure digital mailboxes. This minimizes handling in the procurement and administrative process and thus minimizes the risk of errors.
