FABORY offers know-how to trust

Tilburg, 1 July 2008

At the beginning of this year, fastener specialist FABORY launched a global image campaign to communicate its core values, starting with quality. Now, the company is taking the next step. ‘Know-how to trust’ reflects FABORY’s extensive know-how and will be communicated intensively for the next six months.

FABORY has comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge of the fastener market and new fastening technologies. Plus a thorough knowledge of the needs and wishes of its customers, and of course of its wide range of products and services. FABORY’s know-how has proven to be a distinguishing feature in the world of fasteners.

It can be terribly difficult to find the best solution for a pressing problem. Then, getting help from someone who understands the problem, who clearly knows what he is talking about and who is eager and able to help find a fitting solution – that makes a world of difference.

To maintain this high level of know-how, FABORY provides continuous, comprehensive and in-depth training to its employees. Training covers products as well as customers’ markets, ICT solutions and logistical options. The focus is on finding the best solution for any fastening issue a customer might have. When a very complex problem arises, specialist know-how can be called in, for instance from the Fastener Competence Centre. These specialists will not rest until a suitable and trustworthy solution has been found. FABORY also shares its know-how through brochures and seminars.

‘Know-how to trust’ is a value that everyone at FABORY works hard to uphold and improve, every day. High-quality products and convenient, cost-saving services are the other ingredients that make FABORY hard to beat.
